Stupefying exchange between Canadian parliament on Iraq

Canada

This stupefying exchange that took place Sept. 23, 2014 in the Canadian House of Commons.  Conservative inability to answer questions is, apparently, not only an American intellectual defect.  The leader of the NPD, Thomas Mulcair, repeatedly asked questions about Canada’s military mission in Iraq to Paul Calanda, a Conservative MP.  Rather than answer Mulcair’s questions, Calanda evaded three separate times and instead questioned Mulcair’s integrity.
