‘Sell your stuff on eBay’ says Millionaire Evangelist Pat Robertson, to destitute elderly couple

Host of The 700 Club, Pat Robertson, who is worth between $200 million and $1 billion, advised an 80-year-old fan of the program to sell their possessions on eBay if they wanted to earn extra money.

Explaining their plight the viewer said that they tithe more than 10% of their total income to church, but have nothing left over to live upon at the end of the month.  Going into further detail they claimed to require dental work and car repairs, but are unable to afford the costs.

Robertson said they should pray.
