  A cellphone video captured the moment when a Japanese teacher violently slapped a student.  The teacher was recorded yelling, ““Don’t joke around, kid! Do you understand? You’re stupid.”  After the video was leaked back in September 2013 it was disclosed that the teacher had assaulted another student on the very same day.
