This stupefying exchange that took place Sept. 23, 2014 in the Canadian House of Commons. ┬áConservative inability to answer questions is, apparently, not only an American intellectual defect. ┬áThe leader of the NPD, Thomas Mulcair, repeatedly asked questions about Canada’s military mission in Iraq to Paul Calanda, a Conservative MP. ┬áRather than answer Mulcair’s questions, Calanda evaded three separate times and instead questioned Mulcair’s integrity.
